Your date is reserved once we receive your signed catering contract and $250 deposit. Submitting an inquiry lets us check availability and discuss your event; it does not reserve the date.

Our mobile oven requires approximately 30 feet by 16 feet of level ground. We also need a suitable area for our buffet table and service supplies. Please discuss your venue’s layout with Zac before booking.
-
We generally arrive 1 to 1½ hours before your scheduled service time to set up and preheat the oven. Setup time is separate from your package’s food-service time.
-
We can usually provide service during light rain or wind. We require a suitable, sheltered area at your venue for our buffet table, food, plates, and other service supplies. Please discuss these arrangements with Zac before your event.
Severe weather may affect our ability to provide service. Please refer to your catering contract for the applicable terms.

Gluten-friendly, dairy-free, and vegan options are available upon request. Please discuss your guests’ needs with us in advance. Our shared preparation area and wood-fired oven contain wheat flour, so we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment.
